- Tear Down, Remove Wooden Planks & Dispose all Debris
- Clear outdoor area of wood debris & dispose all debris
- Clean Tiles
- Move loose pebbles to back garden

Part B - Clean Exterior Building & Boundary Walls
- Jet Spray - Exterior of House/Building - Walls & Roof
- Jet Spray - Boundary Walls - on 2 sides where applicable
- Porch - 1 side & top
- Side of Property - 1 side & top
- Wall facing Main Road - 2 sides & top
- Jet Spray & Clean Roof Tiles

Part C - Paint Exterior Building, Boundary Walls, Front Metal Gate
- Water Proofing
- Use Sealant & Paint
        - Building Exterior, including ceiling of front porch
        - Boundary Walls
        - Back Wall 2 sides
        - Front Metal Gate
- Sealant x2 Coats
- Paint x3 Coats

Paint - To Supply

Walls 

- Dulux Weathershield Powerflexx (no mixing) 

- White to match 

Metal Gate 

- Dulux Hammerite Black 

(3-in-1, Smooth finish, Matt) 

Part D - Safety & Insurance
- Insurance for all workers
- To use Helmets, Harness and other safety gear, equipment, wear
