146. CACTUS - GARDEN - Planting Pandan, Papaya Trees, 9 O Clock Flowers - 17 May to 9 June 2022

17 May 2022 Tues

GARDENING

not my first attempt. and since i've got no green thumbs (almost everything i plant dies 😖 ) - well, i thought i might need to give it another go with easier plants.

Did some gardening from 7+ to 9.30am today....
so tired, sweaty, achy and sore!!

since our pandan plant got ripped out of the ground by accident, i got some baby ones from ko ko a week ago. i think i have 6-7 baby pandan plants.

last monday, i planted 2-3 bigger baby pandan plants in 2 pots, using potted mix. for the other 3 tiny babies, i chucked them in water inside a plastic bottle for a week!

i didn't have proper tools so i bought a garden spade & scissors at daiso at the end of last week.

good thing it rained yesterday and last night. the ground was wet and easier to dig! so next time i have to remember to do garden digging after the rain! LOLOL

since i'm at it, i re-planted the baby papaya trees next and carried them to the back garden for better sunlight exposure. also the thought of having soil leaking into the drainage is gross!

and when i've done the pandan and papaya trees, i planted the 9 o clock flowers at the house front. hopefully these flowers will grow nicely there. some have flowers and they look so pretty!

my legs were numb and shaky when i was done and cleaned up.

tired!!!!!!!
