163. Kids Day Out at Lower Pierce Reservoir - 7 Aug 2022
so aidan wanted to do some "fishing" - to catch some guppies at the reservoir. he got some "mosquito fish" (they look exactly like guppies haha), weeds and 2 snails.
we were at Lower Pierce Reservoir from 4-ish on a Sunday, till 6.15pm. at first the sky had some dark clouds but later cleared up and the sun shone through. everything i set my eyes on looked so crisp and clear!! the sky was a gorgeous blue and trees with stretched branches swaying in the wind looked super clear... like what the eye professor doc said (Prof Lim Li), i kinda have almost perfect eyesight right now, even though i have mild cataract, high astigmatism, changing eyesight to "old eyes" or lao hua yen, and keratoconus condition... they all seem to work together to result in this clear eye sight!

Keratoconus (ker-uh-toe-KOH-nus) occurs when your cornea — the clear, dome-shaped front surface of your eye — thins and gradually bulges outward into a cone shape. A cone-shaped cornea causes blurred vision and may cause sensitivity to light and glare.
