4 Aug & 25 Aug 2021 (1st & 2nd Covid Vax - Pfizer)
27 Jan 2022 (booster Covid Vax - Moderna)

ref my covid vax:

just before and after my covid booster shot (3rd vax), my tooth - lower jaw right molar - was shaky, painful and the gums were red, swollen, stinky. i couldn't eat since Oct 2021 :( had to take soft food and chew on the left side.

i really thought the gum specialist was right, that i should be pulling out my tooth :(

after the 1st covid shot in Aug 2021, my immunity was so bad that my gums were so bad, my teeth were shaky. gums were swollen, painful and so ridiculously bad. the gum specialist wanted to pull out my tooth but since i had to take my 2nd covid vaccination shot, and then afterwards i was super ill after both Pfizer covid shots - BAD side effects and later just refused to go back to the dentist /gum specialist to pull out my tooth. the side effects for the Moderna booster (3rd covid shot) were even WORSE... i was so sick i could hardly even walk!

good thing... very very slowly, my gums kinda recovered.

i used the dental floss, plastic toothpick, interdental brushes, gum mouthwash, gum toothpaste, salt water rinse... recovery was so slow and sometimes became worse :(

and then, i used the electric toothbrush.

omg. omg omg!
my gums healed...
really quickly,
within 3-4 weeks!!

23 July 2021
follow up gum treatment - one molar near where the blister was - the nerves are almost dead. geez. deep cleaning was difficult and painful. feels like a war zone inside the jaw!

O M G

12 Nov 2020
omgomgomg!! OWWW!! Very very owww!!
due to covid, i didn't get any gum cleaning for 16 months!
good news is, the condition is stable, altho it's irreversible :(
anyway... the soreness is still tahan-able.

19 Nov 2020
got a blister next to bottom right molar. i couldn't eat for 2-3 days and it just got worse and worse...

URGENTLY had to get that treated in the most painful way. the dentist had to inject painkiller into the blister and then scrape out all the pus and liquid inside.

omg omg omg

good news - after the painful treatment, i was all good again!

23  Oct 2018

OWwwww!!! that hurts bad!!

ok people, get this - make sure you take good care of your gums, bones (jaws) and immune system

... or else you will be pissed to find out how painful and torturous gum treatment is!

and you will also need a bunch of cleaning aids to help you every single day...

below's brush is only one of many gum cleaning aids you need!

below: prices on 12 Nov 2020 - now they use a vending machine...

what i use for my daily dental care
- soft toothbrush (advised to use electric toothbrush)
- interdental brushes of 2-3 different sizes
- dental floss
- pointed toothbrush for hard to reach back areas
- mouthwash - for gums

and in 2022 - i now use an electric toothbrush! yay!

july 2021 the electric toothbrush costs $40
march 2022, the same toothbrush costs $49
ugggh

below: consultation fees at NDC

and it will cost you too!😡

you need repeated gum treatments, pain killers (injections), x-rays, cleaning aid equipment, dental floss, a strict regime, time and patience.

some days, you'll be crying for pain killers - painful injections to lessen the pain from a 30-45 min gum treatment😂

it would be so much more comfortable if a patient could just fall asleep during the whole process!

the other day they took some x-rays... with ridiculously difficult tools that can hardly work... we tried and i had to stop the x-rays... nothing useful after a gruelling time at the x-ray room. days later, i found sores and painful pimples on my face😡😡 this was soooo annoying and i suspect it was that xray exercise that made my face and skin feel bad. moreover, i was extremely tired all week... too much xrays done??? geez!!

see the sores on my face?
and later the mole on my eyebrow was swollen and painful for a few days. 😡

today is the 4th day of the swell at the mole (eyebrow area)...
swell has gone down a lot but still there lurking😡

XRAYS TAKEN IN 2016
when 1st diagnosed with Poor/Guarded Molar Teeth

X rays taken 25 aug 2021
inflammation worse than nov2020

8 sep 2021 consult
below: bottom right molar tooth needs extraction :/
did not extract as i rushed over to eye centre for check up

update 29 Aug 2022
3 teeth that needs extraction when ready...

26 Oct 2022 wed
tooth was skakey for a long time - the tooth that the gum specialist say they cannot save - because the jaw bone had disappeared and can no longer support the tooth.

the gums got really really bad in Oct.
swelling and got pus for a few days.
then unable to even move my jaw for 2-3 days.
liquid diet for at least 3 days. kinda ridiculous.

so, extraction.
walked in and pulled it out within minutes.
