so here is my journal and inventory

for the change of tenants Nov-Dec 2020.

5 Nov 2020

Suddenly, our hdb is back into my care.
our tenants (tenants of over 5 years) left without a proper handover.

i drove down to the flat after 7pm to collect the house keys and have a quick look around.

there was 1 set of keys in the letterbox & some keys on the dining table, as mentioned in Mr jawad's email. i'm glad most of the things are alright, the house is not too clean but not dusty either. have yet to check the keys and the items that belong to me.

btw when i got back to the flat, i admired our new floor tiles hahaha!! but a few tapes on the tiles make me feel quite worried... i have yet to check them. planning a visit on sun 8nov2020 after lunch.

notes: electricity, water & gas is back on from 7 Nov 2020.

-need measuring tape to measure sofa covers

- gas hood is oily and needs more cleaning

PLANNING TO GIVE AWAY TO NEEDY FAMILIES:

i need to give away used baby/children things, most are in ok condition. they're left behind by my tenant who has a 1 year old baby and a 7 yr old boy. if you know of anyone who needs them all, let me know. eg baby cot, baby chair, ikea children's square table and 1 chair, toys, scooters (no idea if they are working or spoilt), color pencils etc.
