yep. Looks like i've got to do a few things to prepare the flat for new tenant.

so far, the most unpleasant repair is the kitchen sink... 

leaking, smelly and mouldy, uggggh!!!!

yuck. gotta repair this kitchen sink pipe
and clean up the mould!
