Sunday Lunch for Christen's 21st birthday!

we had this mini celebration early since 

Christen can't book out on his birthday :(

Lunch Dishes

1. Sirloin Steak 

@$39/kg - bought 10 pcs, total $62 - bargained to $60

pan fried sirloin steak 

and A1 sauce, ketchup, fried onion gravy with a bit of shaoxing wine

(cooked 8 pcs... 10 looked too much)

2. Prawns 

@#18/kg, bought 1.5kg, $27

Prawns with garlic and lemongrass

(cooked around 1kg)

3. Awfully Chocolate 

All Choc Cake, size 6", $42

4. Spaghetti No 3 - 

with butter, raw garlic, black pepper

5. Fresh Salads

steamed sweet potatoes x4 pcs

potato and boiled egg salad (5 pc potatoes, 5 eggs)

butter lettuce x2 heads

romaine lettuce x2 heads

honey cherry tomatoes x1 pack

japanese cucumbers x3

sliced raw onions

mandarin orange with syrup (canned)

fresh seedless grapes - red and green

salad dressing - 

wholegrain mustard x2 tbsp, 

mayonaise 2-3 tbsp, 

finely chopped raw garlic x4 

lemon juice 2 tbsp, 

sugar 1 tsp, 

mandarin orange syrup 2-3 tbsp - more is ok too
