we clean house & organise furniture

for next tenant (Bob)

note: edwin, last tenant, cleaned the house very well
- kitchen, master bedroom, toilets and floors are very clean.

-flat bought apr 2018 @$290k (Valuation Price)

-flat TOP 1980 (41 years old as at year 2021)

-Tenant 1 - Edwin and Wife - Apr/May 2018 to 2 June 2020

-Tenant 2 - Bob - 16 june 2020 till 8 Oct 2023

organising furniture for next tenant:

bob bringing his own bed.

- metal kettle (tiger brand)
- wok with cover
- rice cooker with steamer (powerpac brand)
- kitchen cloth
- fridge - dates, toufu x2, apple cider vinegar, roti prata chinatown brand, mantou, pork
- thermos flask 5L (Cornell brand)
- 4 metal trays
- 2 ice containers
- 1 gate lock & key
- white table cloth 150cm x 120cm - brand new
- clothes pegs - large - placed in study table drawer

soap / ant poison
- dishwashing soap - mama lemon
- breeze fabric soap
- cif x2 under the kitchen sink
- bathroom stain remover - magic clean
- 1 cake soap
- 2 ant poison bottles

Storeroom (Check!)
- empty boxes x2 (different sizes)
- 4-5 tier plastic drawer unit - not in best condition but usable
- bags of stuff - to open and check
- boxes - eg for mop, etc

3 June 2020
Cleaning Day 1 - 2pm to 5pm

1. Throw (town council) - 3jun2020
- Children's Super Single Bed
- with pull out frame
- & Single Size Foam Mattress,

2. Clean - 3jun2020
- Mop floors & walls - bedrooms only
as living room and kitchen floors are very clean
(cleaned by edwin)
- clean window area in master bedroom

3. Shift Furniture 2jun and 3jun2020
- king size mattress & bed frame (dismantled)
both shifted from master bedroom to common bedroom
(to lock later)
- king koil super single mattress
- study table & bed side table
- grey stool, foldable children's stool

notes:
1. king size bed frame is leaking wood powder
- i've taped the hole up with black tape so that it wouldn't leak
- also wrapped tissue over 2 screws jutting out of the frame
2. Master Bedroom - empty & cleaned
3. Common Bedroom - cleaned and stores unwanted furniture etc - to lock up
4. Kitchen - brought home rice, rice cooker, kettle, food in the fridge
- need to clear more things - wok, plates/bowls/cutting board/metal plates, soap
5. Living Room - fan and tv - cleaned and placed in living room
6. Store Room - clear empty boxes and drawer
7. Service aircon - appointment on sat - 6jun2020
8. to clean wardrobes, sofa, fridge, microwave, kitchen cabinets, hobs, hood, windows, living room ceiling fan, tv, living room window shutters
9. fix? front door has no unit number - must be fix it?
10. fix - kitchen window lock

king size bed frame (2pcs) without the bed head
on the right against the wall is a dismantled single bed frame - dark brown

staging this room to look like jamie sleeps here LOL

- dismantled the king size bed into 3 parts
- 1 bed head, 2 bed frames (single size each)
- used one of these bed frames to place the super single king koil mattress & 2 pillows

- king size mattress is against the wall

- single bed frame (dark brown) is dismantled and behind the king size mattress

- study table and bedside table (bedside table is under the study table) in the common room

- 1 grey stool, 1 pink foldable children's stool

we kept the table cloth, it was very clean

- much much cleaner than when mahani cleaned it 1 year ago!!

so there's no need to worry about blocking corridor

or making some noise during dismantling.

jamie was thinking of bringing back the dark brown single bed for tini to use. but i think it's better that it stays at his amk flat.

also tini's room is quite tidy now...
