-Inventory of Storeroom & Common Bedroom

1. service air con (done 6jun),
clean air con condenser - $107

2. stuff that needs repair
- front entrance gate - unit numbers missing
- kitchen window lock x1 $30 (Done 10jun)
- kitchen chair -legs - rubber caps x2 sizes - $10 (Done 11jun)
- ceiling fan switch x1 - coming out/ loose - $45 (done 8june)
- master bedroom - door stopper (done 12jun - took the missing piece from other bedroom. bought a new door stopper for the locked common bedroom but no drill to install it. hung it in a red plastic bag behind the door with jamie's cap and car paperbag
- master bathroom - sliding door almost broken, sink tap - flow is low/slow

3. take pic of storeroom (done) - to check & clear & clean
- 2 umbrellas
- 2 boxes
- 1 five-tier plastic drawers
- 1 dismantled 5-tier triangular tray shelves
- ikea stuff/box - clothes hanger stand inside
- mop + wiping cloth - wet/dry
- empty boxes & plastic bags - throwing out
- pails x3 + rags
- insect spray,
- shuttlecocks,
- bed bug spray (thrown, was leaking)

4. take pic of jamie's common bedroom (done 3jun)
- dismantled bed frames x2 - king & single sizes
- king size mattress
- items in jamie's room

5. Clear Kitchen loose items (done 12jun)
- wok
- box with bowls, chopsticks. cutting board, etc
- food in fridge (pork dumplings, dates, prata, toufu) - thrown away!
- soap/detergent
- gate lock with keys x1
- ant poison

6. to do:
- wash curtains (done 10jun)
- wash bedsheet (er, leave it? yes left it as is)
- cover jamie's king size mattress (done 11jun - use plastic sheet)

7. Master Bedroom (done 12jun)
- door stopper is missing!
need to replace or find another way to keep the door from hitting the wall!

2.1 - front gate unit number
(missing at the mo)

2.2 - kitchen chair leg
- behind legs too high
found out that the caps are broken...
(fixed 11 jun $10)

11 June 2020 - got the parts from the hardware shop!!
dining chair rubber leg caps - bought 8 pcs per type (the chair has 2 types of legs)

$10 = chair leg cap (8pcs + 8pcs) + plaster sheets x2 pks

2.3. kitchen window lock to repair
10jun - brian charges $30 for
parts and labour and transport

fixed $30, unfortunately, this key is not compatible with the other window locks :/
think we fixed the wrong type... shouldn't have keys for this lock!

2.4 - Ceiling Fan Wall Switch

-loose - electrician done 8june, $45

2.5 - kitchen tiles pop out (can't fix now)
& ants infestation yuck (put ant poison)

left some pegs x6 pcs on the gala

3. STOREROOM (done 11jun)
- CHECK & CLEAR STUFF
- CLEAN THE FLOOR

- 2 umbrellas
- 2 plastic storage boxes
- 1 five-tier plastic drawers
- 1 triangular tray/shelves set - 4 or 5-tier shelves
- 1 green stool
- 1 grey stool
- 1 folded pink stool
- 3 small pails with rags (moved to jamie's room)
- ikea box with contents
>> threw out box
>> contents = a dismantled clothes hanger with wheels x1
- flat mop x1 + disposable cloths - wet and dry
- empty boxes & plastic bags
>>> threw out boxes & to use plastic bags for trash
- shuttlecocks (left in storeroom)
- insecticide spray (new - left in storeroom)
- bed bugs spray >>threw out because it was leaking!
- king size bed sheet - looks dirty and stained >> threw away!
