A- buy new 3 seater sofa set + stool - fortytwo - done
- delivery and install - 1/11, 12-3pm
- replace torn sofa - 5/11, 2-4pm

B- buy and install coffee table - IKEA
- bought - 1/11  
- coffee table fixed by christen - 2/11

2. find key for all window grills - done
3. replace toilet paper spool rod x2 - done

4. clean up spill in freezer - done
(new fridge left behind by Andreas and wife)

5. PRISM - Aircon and Ceiling Fan

receipts for aircon servicing under PRISM - done

tenant moving in 2 weeks earlier as they are travelling overseas for work

a. purchase and replace ceiling lights to LED lights x5 -- $550
LED 60W white lights, 6500k, round design
- living room x2
- kitchen x2
- common bedroom x1

b. replace living room light switches are loose x2 -- $80

c. remove one lamp on cable lights -- FOC
d. remove common bedroom wall light -- FOC
- remove existing flourescent tube lamp on wall

4. whole hdb flat - apply oil sealant and paint -- $2,600
- ceiling - Nippon martex
- walls - Nippon vinilex white 5048
- door frames x3 and door oil base paint (glossy)
- water pipes x2 -- FOC
- putty and silicon areas (walls, ceiling, common bedroom) -- FOC

5. master bedroom - cover hole in wall -- $180
- supply, install board to seal hole in the wall 

6. misc -- FOC
- remove front/entrance door stickers
- add silicon sealant to wooden wall board in common bedroom
- add silicon sealant for wood plank in master bedroom to cover wall hole
