we have some issues with the DB Box.

#1 - it's located in the bedroom... this is so strange!!
#2 - tripped on 3 sept 2021, during a whole week of heavy non stop rain...

Fees

$70 - identify faulty electrical points and wires (all ceiling lights affected)

$80 - replace old wiring in master bedroom and living room

notes: 

-flat bought apr 2018 @$290k (Valuation Price)

-flat TOP 1980 (41 years old as at year 2021)

-Tenant 1 - Edwin and Wife - Apr/May 2018 to 2 June 2020

-Tenant 2 - Bob - 16 june 2020 till 8 Oct 2023

Bob called to tell me that something tripped the DB Box.

(Stephen Cheng) the electrician went to take a look 

and identified the problem.

one of the wire cables is faulty and needs change.

this one visit today (fri) costs me $70

on sunday he'll be back to fix/replace the wiring. $80

problem: wires leading to master bedroom power point and ceiling lights are faulty.
