seriously, when he moves in, things get broken...

1. washing machine - leaking

2. kitchen sink tap - leaking

3. microwave oven >> replace with conventional oven

4. kitchen fan cannot rotate

[09:52, 18/06/2020] Melinda ERA: Hi gd morning Bob, understand fm yr landlord’s sister Jeannette tat u hv kept the coffee table inside common room. If u decided not to use this item then I needed to take note to delete it out of common inventory list. So pls confirm.

Jus a gentle reminder, pls do not use common rm as yr store rm.

Also Landlord Jamie currently needed yr kind assistance since he has decided to open common rm for yr safety measures before shifting out the circuit box out of the rm. However u need put coffee table inside appropriately to show tat the landlord is able to stay n sleep JUST IN CASE HDB OFFICER COME N CHECK THIS ROOM to see landlord really staying inside. Tats the reason why landlord is putting up this rm in the current status. Also since the rm is open n to reduce risk, are u able to assist mopping the floor of this common rm once monthly pls when u doing so for the whole house to maintain n ensure some cleanliness in case there is any HDB checking before landlord lock back this said room.

New desk top oven is noted as new item provided to yr use.

Hope all others hv been rectified by Jeannette. Thks fm Melinda, ERA.

fyi kitchen tap & hose replaced + washing machine pipe fitting is fixed. bill i will pay plumber. other than oven, today will also bring 4 plastic stones to lift washing machine so that position of machine tubes will not cause leaks.

Good afternoon!

1. Please delete coffee table from common inventory list.

2. Next Saturday, Electrician will move power box to living room then Jeannette can lock back.

2.1 Electrician said that painting will damage. Will you help to paint back wall right? If damaged?

3. Fan in kitchen is not able to swing as for your information.

4. Is there anything can do for sofa? It seems giving uncomfortable when seated. It is sunken inside haha..

[12:03, 18/06/2020] 💢 jj 👊🏻💢: db box & coffee table settled already. db box shift on hold. door remain unlock but closed. coffee table can shift inside but i will have to rearrange the place so the room doesn't look like a storeroom.

so left the fan and the sofa. fan is working except for auto rotation - we were all there to note this. no need to change is better and also it's still working. sofa is as is. i'm not keen to throw it out or replace it yet.
